The success of an ITP is very important to us and we liaison closely with Human Resources to ensure that the following objectives are met: 
1.) Each individual in the course must maintain an accountability schedule indicating the number of hours spent studying the new techniques.
2.)  Each individual is tested at the beginning and end of the course.  These results are submitted to the HR department.
3.)  At the end of the course, L2 Accent Reduction Centre will deliver reports showing measurable improvements for each individual (indicating the number of hours the individual studied outside of class time, results from online work and the results of the pre and post test).
