Is Edulang a highly recommended program for students? Accent Reduction Specialists at L2 Accent Reduction Centre, agrees!
One of the best advantages for a student who is preparing for the iBT TOEFL is having the ability to practice with mock tests. Sure, there are lots of strategies that a student can learn to read faster, improve vocabulary, structure their writing and so on. But a mock test helps a student to identify their weak areas and also to learn from their mistakes.
A challenge for students is finding a mock test that is as authentic as the real test. With so many TOEFL products out there, it is hard to know which mock tests are in fact too easy. If you prepare with mock tests that are too easy, then you are sure to score low on test day because the material will be much more challenging than what you prepared for.
My favourite feature of the Edulang TOEFL product is that it is at the same level of difficulty as the real iBT TOEFL test by ETS. When I mark my students with their online system, both the student and I have a good idea of what the score will be when they take the real test. That way, test day holds no surprises for either of us.
